This is the first track to surface from Cpt. Rascal’s third album, Maths and English, which currently has no release date. This is probably produced by Dizzee himself like his previous work.

It was also the host of the Wu-Tang reunion in 2004, which was the band’s last performance with member ODB (Ol’ Dirty Bastard).

Video: Arcade Fire on SNL

Posted by Joe Lazar on February 25, 2007

The band played “Intervention” and “Keep The Car Running.” Win had ‘SAK VID PA KANPE’ taped to his guitar, which means ‘an empty sack cannot stand up.’ They keep bringing the political heat. Win smashed his guitar after playing “Intervention,” too. It looked like a string broke in mid-performance, so at the end he let out his frustration.

The band were more contained than usual i.e., Richard (Napolean Dynamite guy) was not climbing walls, or banging the hell out of a single drum. But I suppose there wasn’t an opportunity for that to happen — it might of looked forced. All in all, great performance.
